Problems faced by Trainee Teachers during teaching practice

الملخص

Teacher training instruction program needs to identify the concerns aspects of the practicum so as to take necessary precaution to minimize their occurrence, intensity and influence, and consequently, make practice experiences as effective and beneficial as possible for pre-service teachers. This study examined the concerns and experiences of English language trainee teachers of Faculty of Education Qasser Ben Ghashir during their teaching practice at schools. Twenty five Trainee Teachers were volunteered in this study. The results indicate that communication centered were their main issue. Whereas, evaluation concerns were their least concern.
